The Dystonia Medical Research Foundation (DMRF) is pleased to announce the availability of applications for the 2020 Douglas Kramer Young Advocate Award. This award will be given to individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to making a difference for those affected by dystonia through advocacy.
Eligible candidates must:
- Be 20 to 35 years of age
- Be committed to working with the DMRF to support the dystonia advocacy program at the federal and state levels
- Have not received this award previously
- Be available to attend Dystonia Advocacy Network’s Dystonia Advocacy Day in Washington, DC on March 24-25, 2020.
Recipients will serve as ambassadors to further engage other young persons in this important effort. Awardees will receive support to attend Advocacy Day.
