The guest speaker is Dana Wall owner of Core Pilates and Wellness. Dana is also a Pilates instructor.

Keeping with the theme of gentle exercise, the next meeting will highlight Pilates. Dana will open her studio to the group and present on the equipment and techniques of Pilates to strengthen the core, improve balance and increase flexibility. The Pilates that Dana teaches is based on physical therapy and is focused on the individual needs of each participant.
