Thank you for your support of the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation (DMRF) and the countless families—ours included—affected by dystonia. This complex, often invisible disorder impacts every part of life, but thanks to compassionate friends like you, hope is growing stronger every day.
Since Cure Dystonia Now merged with the DMRF in 2022, not only have we streamlined our resources but we have been able to build on the synergies of our shared goal of moving us closer to a cure. A three-year project funded by the DMRF’s Cure Dystonia Now Fund, “Personalized Functional Neuromodulation of Common Deficits in Focal Dystonias,” will finish up at the end of 2025, and we look forward to sharing with you the results of this exciting work.
