November is National Family Caregivers Month in the United States, which recognizes and honors family caregivers across the country. The theme for 2025 is “Plug-in to Care,” with a focus on making connections to help caregivers feel supported. Last year, Natalie Hellmers, PhD, RN, ACNP-BC, from Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City, shared four pillars of preventing caregiver burnout in the DMRF webinar, The Caregiver Journey.
