The Dystonia Medical Research Foundation (DMRF) will receive $1,000 from HSN, as part of the HSN Cares annual $1,000 A Day Giveaway campaign.

HSN Cares selected DMRF from hundreds of entries. Julie Greene of Minnesota nominated DMRF to receive a $1000 donation during HSN’s Customer Appreciation Month. The organization is committed to finding a cure for dystonia and serving the people affected by the disease. Julie was diagnosed with dystonia in 2007. She is an active advocate for DMRF in her local community.

“This disorder takes a toll on both your body and emotional health,” Julie said. “But with the support of Dystonia Medical Research Foundation, we are able to build more awareness within communities and work with physicians to find a cure.”

HSN Cares will donate $1,000 every day during the month of April to charities across the country. DMRF was honored during HSN’s Customer Appreciation Month – a month dedicated to HSN’s appreciation for its customers and the communities they live in.

DMRF was recognized on HSN on April 23, 2020 at 9AM and 3PM Eastern Time. Viewers can tune in to HSN daily in the month of April or visit HSN.com and search HSN Cares to see winning charities announced all month long.
