Original Dystonia Bulletin Boards

For approximately 20 years, the DMRF supported two volunteer led bulletin boards, the Dystonia Bulletin Board and Musician’s With Dystonia Bulletin Board. Sadly, due to a decrease in activity and interest, the bulletin boards have been permanently closed.

The DMRF offers a number of online groups that Dystonia BB members are welcome to join. Click here for links to those groups.

The original Dystonia Bulletin Board was dedicated to the memory of DMRF member Larry Bienstock, who created the first known dystonia online group (alt.support.dystonia) in 1994/1995. The DMRF continues to honor Larry and his dedication to creating connection within the dystonia community in our efforts to provide positive online spaces for peer support.
