Pet Palooza – Mishka
I was misdiagnosed for many years. Going without a Dystonia diagnosis means going without proper treatment. Dystonia can put a hold on a person’s life at any age. I want more doctors to understand Dystonia so that patients can be diagnosed sooner and receive proper treatment for better quality of life. 6 years after diagnosis, I am starting to repair the damage that could have been prevented with a diagnosis and earlier intervention. I want better treatments for patients who aren’t having as much success with the current treatments available as I am. I appreciate everything DMRF does for Dystonia patients and want them to have all the financial support possible.
